The Cottage is ideally situated for the Laurel Inn where you can sample fine ales and enjoy the atmosphere of village life, or perhaps drop in at the nearby fresh fish shop, whatever you are looking for in your holiday, Robin Hoods Bay can fulfil a wide variety of interests for all the family. Maybe hire a deck chair and enjoy a lazy day on the beach, sunbathing and crabbing or a cliff top walk or fishing off the beach, for the fit and sporty perhaps a round of golf at nearby Whitby Golf Course.
Our cottage has been lovingly restored, whilst retaining much of its original character.
The cosy Living Room enjoys a wood burning stove, stone floor with rugs, beamed ceiling and stone walls.
The comfortable Dining Room is a wonderful opportunity to relax over dinner to discuss the days activities. Here you will find the Rayburn Aga (suitable for proficient Aga cooks only or you could be waiting all night for your dinner!)
The fully equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine has been fitted out to a high standard, off from the kitchen you will find the downstairs loo.
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor twin bedded rooms and bathroom, you will notice as you go up the stairs there is evidence of a filled in smugglers door – if you want to know more read ‘A Rum Do!’ by Patricia Labistour, we have left a copy at the Cottage.

The second wooden staircase leads to the top double bedroom, here you can enjoy views of Martins Row and old Robin Hoods Bay.
All bedding, bath mats, T towels are included also logs in winter to get you started. The property also has private parking for one vehicle.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets also the property is non smoking.
